3DPhacktory offers  3D Printing and Design in a collaborative studio environment. Send us your finished design and we can print and ship within 48 hours. Come by and develop your idea with our designers or rent time on a workstation and design it yourself. Do your own post production or have us finish it for you.

Process Specs & Materials

3DPhacktory uses jettable photopolymer printing technology from Objet.  Our standard next-day service is available for 14 different material hardnesses, covering a range from rigid to rubber-like.  Features such as overmolds can be prototyped by including multiple material hardnesses in the same print, at no extra charge.

Popular material choices are Grey60 for body material, Shore60 for tough overmolds and Shore27 for silicone keypads.

Standard Tolerances of: +/- 0.005″ for the first inch, +/- 0.002” on every inch thereafter.
In the z height (vertical), standard tolerances of +/- 0.01″ for the first inch, +/- 0.002” on every inch thereafter.
PolyJet Layer Thickness: Horizontal build layers down to 16 microns (0.0006″).
